  3. Non-Delivery:
    If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, you may request a refund. Please allow an additional 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date to account for any unforeseen shipping delays.


Conditions for Refund

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or components (e.g., filters).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided with your refund request.

Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Refund Timeline:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for:
